- In-house training program
Our in-house adjuster training program consists of 160-320 hours of classroom training – a range to ultimately be determined by job duties. We train employees from the ground up so that they have the tools and NCA-caliber knowledge to be a successful adjuster with our company and for our clients. Some training graduates have even gone on to later become leaders at NCAComp. We also supply reference materials from the training programs to all employees who may need a refresher in order to keep our staff always ahead of the field.
